Noted subhuman mongrel, Ted Nugent, apologizes for calling Obama a “subhuman mongrel” (Huffington Post)
"I do apologize – not necessarily to the President – but on behalf of much better men than myself," Nugent said, calling the comments "streetfighter terminology."

You're cherrypicking. What about the full interview?

11:03, I'm not going to waste anybody's time by providing the man's blatherings in their entirety. It's enough to know that his "apology" is a non-apology and that, essentially, he's OK about calling Obama a "subhuman mongrel." Enough said. --RB

Ted Nugent rocks!
By the way Mr Cat Scratch Fever has every right to voice his opinion as anyone else.

I second that "idjit" comment. Having the right to freedom of expression doesn't make one's pronouncements morally right or even acceptable. Can think of almost no one as contemptible as Ted Nugent. He certainly didn't have the right to bite the head off a living parrot.... Cares nothing for humaneness, life, or basic respect even for humans.

When Nugent calls someone else a subhuman mongrel, he is patently demonstrating his lack of awareness of irony.

Oh, deleting comments again I see. Is it because the inconvenient FACTS don't fit your little narrative that Nugent is a racist?

Below is what got deleted:

11:29, if you would quit being so stupid, quit cherrypicking, you'd see that it was Obama who said that all Americans are mongrels, including himself. It's from years ago and all on video. Basically Nugent was just repeating what Obama said. He does not owe anyone an apology. You libs are always pushing for apologies. What about the mountain of apologies owed to the American people from the left? I ain't holding my breath... Perhaps you should do some homework before making such loutish accusations?

I deleted your comment because it is so frigging stupid, it's stinking up the blog. "Libs"? Really?

It seems obvious that the "libertarian" troll is held sway by the opinions of the usual blatherers such as Limbaugh, Hannity, and Beck, etc. He probably read a bit of Rand and didn't get any context. I also surmise that the fellow either (a) has never had a real job and thus knows little to nothing about the struggle about making a living on a minimum wage or (b) is a trust fund baby who will never know any adversity whatsoever.

Regardless, he obviously is at a stage in life in which he lacks any sense of empathy for any other being--otherwise, how could he evince any support for the execrable Mr. Nugent? The fellow has nothing of substance to offer, except to puke out his masters' talking points. We've all had enough of that.

I go by what Whoopy Goldberg says. She knows exactly who all the racists are.

Thank you and well-said, 4:29 (JR?). Excellent sumises, those.

Jeez 4:29, talk about putting thoughts and intentions into people's minds. Perhaps you should open your own reeducation camp...
