"We are the champions"

IVC ACADEMIC SENATE INSIDERS just provided me some intel concerning Tuesday’s highly exclusive “initial launch” of the CAFÉ—the Center for the Advancement of Faculty Éxcellence.
The scoop: evidently, VPI Justice isn’t coughing up enough dough to cover the valet parking, so the Senate Cabinet decided to raise funds this week via T-Shirt sales.*
Here’s what they'll be selling (at least in my imagination):

Evidently, this sentiment will "set the tone" for the CAFÉ.
I told them that I didn't understand.
"It's kind of like a keynote address, but in cotton," they explained.
Ac. Sen. Prez LDA insisted on this one. And why not?
This seems to be some kind of double entendre.
That's  French, you know.
Hey, who ain't in favor of justice?

As far as I know, they haven't disowned this flier. I guess they mean it.
*Tea Partiers, this is a spoof. There's no valet parking. Nothing of the sort. I think.
