Cal State Fullerton is planning to begin fall semester with online classes, one of the first universities in the nation to make that move as campuses throughout the country grapple with how long to stay closed to most students amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Not surprising. What impact will not having students on campus--no staff for custodial work? Need for fewer administrators? Fewer faculty with larger classes? And what impact on students==primarily them?
I suspect faculty are trying to teach while keeping themselves safe and healthy as well as their students--that includes this fall. On line probably makes matters difficult for college IT staff, for students and faculty.
Get rid of non-tenured faculty who slept with department chairs!
