Playing with words, are we? No, he would not be prosecuted for the ideas he expresses in writing. He would be prosecuted for his role in the arguably illegal action of providing a green light for interrogation techniques contrary to our society's embrace of "inalienable rights"--aka basic standards of decency. That Pelosi or any other Democrat "voted for it" is, of course, irrelevant to the question at hand. Who are these idiots who write to this blog?
