Milder climate—ceptin’ for Wayne’s World

HEY, things aren't so bad around here. Raghu's miles away, Owen's been chased outta town, and the IVC Big (and little) Cheeses mostly mean well.

Ceptin' for Wayne. I have no idea what he means, but it ain't well.

While we’re on the subject of WAYNE WARD: you should read the ACCJC’s "Progress Visit Report" of 11/30/06, which was recently made available on the IVC website.

It paints a reasonably good picture of the college. Yep, things are looking up, moralewise. But there's a big exception. Consider this passage found under the heading “Findings and Evidence”:

Members of the college community describe the climate at IVC as more relaxed with greatly diminished fear and hostility on the campus. They describe faculty and administrators, and student leaders and the college president working together effecively; and report more trusting relationships. Among classified staff it is important to note, however, that while they view things as going in the right direction and are very pleased with the increased involvement they have in college and district governance leadership and committtees and councils, the[y] reported that how well things are going depends upon who their supervisors are. They described one unit of the college in which in their view a hostile work environment still exists. This information was shared with the college president, so he could invistigate their concerns. MEANWHILE, THE WORLD LOOKS PURTY

Took some snaps on my way home this afternoon. It's lookin' pretty moody up by the twin peaks:

These are taken from in and around Rancho Santa Margarita:

This is Live Oak Canyon Rd. very near my place:

Thanks for sharing the great pix, Chunk! As a loyal reader, I wish you a Happy Valentine's Day in acknowledgement of your many incredible photos as well as the tremendous service that this blog provides. Voices are heard, pro and con. And that's a good thing.

I cant believe it got this far. They should have stopped Wayne a long time ago. We do not need people like this here.

Nobody can say that the report was bias because they were neutral in this investigation. They came to see if anything changed and found out that there is a big problem in F@M. It doesnt matter if they didnt say the department we all know who it is. Remember they did say HOSTILE ENVIORMENT which all the department has been saying all along about what Wayne is doing. For all you Wayne lovers they came and did there job and revealed the truth. Good job.

I have a soft spot for your optimism, Chunk. But Mathur is never more than a phone call away. And Kreza isn't out of town. He lunches with campus key players, takes questions, even comes to campus. Whatever he did, he got away with it. It was his assistant who went down unfairly.

In regards to Wayne and the F&M problem. Something has to be done and soon. Remember that crazy Dean in th PE area? It almost cost a faculty member his job. There was a very hostile inviroment there and know one did a thing until the Dean had a melt down. This situation in F&M does not have to go that far. Why can't everyone involved sit down and fiqure out a way to resolve the issues? If a solution is not reached soon this thing could get real ugly.

I heard that they have tried to sit down and talk they got no where. As far as a melt down it appears that Wayne is acting out from a previous MELT DOWN, he is taking it out on everyone around him. The one who is going to have a melt down will be the PRES. He once was a real person,, now he is living in skin he has no business being in, he will be the one to break.

Sounds like a threat, 9:33. Hope you're prepared for the consequences.

qhwbppI agree with 9:33 because sooner or later somebody might just exploid because of what the president and whoever else is allowing Wayne to continue. You should always remember that everything that is on this blog that is said about F&M comes straight from the department that is making head lines. We know whats going on and soon everybody else will. Wayne Ward is a menance to IVC F&M department.

GUYS, JUST KISSED WAYNE'S ASS. YOU WILL GET A TON OF OVERTIME TO DRIVE AROUND LOOKING CUTE ALL DAY LIKE THE REST OF THE ASS KISSERS. THATS WHAT HE WANTS. BUT.... NEVERMIND, IT'S NOT WORTH IT. KEEP YOUR DIGNITY AND SLEEP GOOD AT NIGHT PROUD OF NOT KISSING ASS TO NOBODY!
