Something needs to change. How can someone like Castro be rewarded after such malfeasance? Actions that jeopardized students and staff? Of course, of our district has done that. The silence after the latest departure at IVC doesn't help. In fact, it perhaps ensures it will happen again. The silence makes it worse.

More faculty need to step up like this. Good for them.

What would happen if more faculty did this when people quietly resign - and then go on to teach at other institutions?
