Roy, went to the Farmer's Market at IVC today. On the way home, we noticed the dying orange trees on the corner where hundreds of people drive by each day--unsightly and an unfortunate note to others that IVC does not care about the environment. Looks like NO water. Jeffery and Irvine Center Drive.
