IN OTHER NEWS.. IM HEARING THAT MARK WHEELER IN THE F&M DEPARTMENT HAS TURNED OUT TO BE A PERSON WHO LIKES TO HARASS EMPLOYEES. TURNS OUR MARK HASS A POTTY MOUTH AS WELL AND QUIT THE PERSONALITY.

You know darn good and well that Department has always had problems. Cover ups huh. Roy it's time uncover.
Not only Maintenance but all departments. Take Anthony at Saddleback Tech. for example. The district keeps adding more unskilled, mid level managers instead of hiring more much needed workers. Why can't they just get the ones who were hired to manage to do their jobs and hire more workers? Oh, but they must free up their busy schedules so they can do the more important stuff like schmoozing at luncheons.
What we now have is a bunch of grossly overpaid, unskilled "assistant managers" who just make new job tickets for others and frequently ask, "is it done yet?"
Too many chiefs and too few workers. This is a total waste of resources. Wondering if the new Chancellor is aware of this scam?
Interesting you mention Anthony at Saddleback IT. He was originally offered the job at IVC, but, turned it down because of the lower pay. Numbers 2&3 did the same. Had to go out and start over. That’s how you ended up with that moron Bruce. Bottom feeder. Plus now the 2 of them are buddy, buddy. Great them they are! Just more and more really bad hires. Apparently the job at SB paid better or he was tossed out of Goldenwest finally.

WOW!so you wake up early and check the blog and see all this. I'm really stunned that this hasn't come out sooner about Mark Wheeler. Has anyone who posted here ever talked to Mark? Is he or is he not rude? This guy personality and temperament is just to much.
Yes 8:00, Anthony had to jump ship at Golden West because the political winds changed. They were on to his incompetence, BS and were closing in on him. He saw his days were numbered there and began applying around. That's how he ended up at Saddleback. Now that there's a new sheriff in town the political winds have changed again.

I was called today and was told some interesting stuff. Seems that Management in the F&M at IVC is in disarray.sound like to me there are quite a few people upset at Management. But, what else is new.
2:36 PM. I was talking with one of the grounds workers a couple weeks back, As soon as he saw the Assistant Director he took off like a bat out of hell. The A.D. caught up to the poor fellow and started cursing at him, and the poor lad just stared at the ground: POOR Guy :(
2:36 Seems that Mark has harrassed more than one grounds during the day. I was told from a solid source that Mark Wheeler's quick temper has been out of control. He has been verbally abusive and out of order towards the workers.
F&M folks need to stop doing postings. Posing as someone you are not does not help. Credibility of the story and individuals fall into question.
9:08 This is a response to your comment. I'm not a F&M employee but I am a concern worker. In order for truth to come out it must be investigated. This is how the system works. I'm sure as the year goes by the truth will probably come out and if all this is true then the truth is out there. Someone just needs to ask.

It's my sense people turn to the blog when they don't feel heard or when channels of communication seem broken. It's one way to start a conversation but HR and the union need to be pulled in -

I heard Tod Burnett gave Anthony everything he wanted and protected him. Turns out millions got spent on pie in the sky "projects" that never panned out. Total waste of taxpayer dollars. Why can't they just quit the political BS and bring in people who actually know what the hell they're doing?

One of the ground workers was asked by the Assistant Director to work out of classification, when the worker refuse the A. D. put his hand on the workers shoulder and said you will do what I tell you to do, and started cursing at him. The grounds worker run back to Jeffs (The Director) office to see if he would get any sympathy and Jeff said he was going to take care of the problem? Why is Mark Wheeler(Assistant Director) still working here ????
SOMEONE SOONER OR LATER WILL GET TO THE BOTTOM OF ALL THIS AND THE TRUTH WILL BE OUT. THEY JUST NEED TO ASK QUESTIONS. BEING AFRAID OF FINDING OUT THE TRUTH IS NOT GOING FIX THE PROBLEMS.

Anthony here at Saddleback IT was paid $182K in 2016. Paid all that cash to pretend he knows what he's doing, work less and jerk people around. Lately we've noticed he's been walking on eggshells. Something must be going down.

From what I understand former director, Mark did much more, got paid less and here's the kicker, Anthony is so incompetent, unable to perform at the level of the previous director, so what does he do? He convinces his boss to get him an assistant director to help him do his job! You’ve gotta hand it to this guy, he’s definitely capable of one thing, serving up BS on a gourmet platter!
Mark DID the bulk of he work, and was little appreciated. So was Estella in Community ED. She is leaving shortly for Northern Wyoming to be a VP. Her husband has family within driving distance I've been told.
