John Williams, single-handedly constructing the Saddleback College Health Sciences Building

First in our "claims of astounding rat bastards" series*

*Williams is running for SOCCCD trustee in area 7. On his candidate's statement (see at left), he says this about himself: "[I] proposed and built the Saddleback College Health Sciences Building to train nurses/paramedics, no new taxes or debt."

Williams lists his "occupation" as "Orange County Public administrator"

I like how he "opposed new property taxes." What the hell does a trustee have to do with creation of new property taxes, I ask.

Just like all you whinny libs. Hey, you didn't build that!

2:32, "whinny" is a noun, not an adjective, and it refers to the sound a horse makes. You mean "whiny."
Perhaps you should take some English courses. And some logic.
The point of the post is that Mr. Williams cannot take much credit for the construction of the Health Sciences Bldg.
Further, the money used to construct the building was indeed taxpayer money. Since we are a "basic aid" district that gets an unusual amount of taxpayer money (from local property taxes), it was not necessary to pursue a "bond." Williams and his kind deceptively exploit this odd circumstance and imply that they spend less taxpayer money than other college districts; in fact, they spend more.

A more honest candidate statement would be I voted to build new buildings with funds that could have been spent providing more classes for the community. And, I will continue to build the empire while Rome burns.

To be fair, "whinny" could be used as a verb, but not as an adjective, no.

He's a crook, or at the least incompetent. Sounds like the upper management at IVC. Anyone see the Employee Dissatisfaction Survey Results? What a hot mess! Management better wake up. We have a chancellor who will take action if pushed. And that survey which was hidden for months proves it.
