My dad's family- Alcaraz have been in Delhi for centuries. Yes my my grandfather or grandmother were from Mexico and the other from Delhi. My dad and all his siblings went to Monroe Elementary for school and Our Lady of Guadalupe was our church to go to until I moved in 2006.
